Post-Vaccination Immunity Response

Can you please tell me how long to wait between having a Covid vaccination and having a CRP blood test? I don’t want to have a false positive due to my immune system going into overdrive. Basically, I would like to know approximately when one’s immune system responds to the vaccination… is it immediately, 24 hours, etc? Thank you!!

"Usual levels of C reactive protein in blood is less than 5 mg/L. Within 4-6 hours of the inflammatory stimulus, secretion of CRP starts rising, which doubles every 8 hours and peaks within 36 – 72 hours, and returns to normal around 3 days after the stimulus settles down. "
crowmom33, if you have autoimmune disorders, the timeline can differ with the immune response.

Vaccines will raise our CRP quickly for a time after administration.
I would defer inflammatory marker tests for at one or two weeks to
be more certain of their accuracy. Some hope that the post vaccine reaction
indicates greater effectiveness.
