A thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) of < 0.01 is in the hyperthyroid or subclinical hyperthyroid range, depending on your T3 and T4 numbers and symptoms. Low TSH numbers mean your pituitary gland isn't cranking out the hormone that alerts your thyroid into making more thyroxine (T3 and T4) hormones because there is already enough in your system. I have hypothyroidism (other extreme) and if my TSH approaches 0.15 I get an irregular heartbeat that is solved by decreasing my Synthroid (synthetic thyroxine).

Thank you for this. In my numbers also showed monocites a bit high.
Last I spoke with Dr., she said she wasn’t concerned about that and when I asked what she thought she said Graves.
Still waiting for specialists appt.
I find heart rate irregular. Fitbit watch in last two months has given me 2 low heart beat alerts -45/46 as well as an afib warning I woke up to at 345 am one morning in Jan.
If you see my response to covidstinks below you can see what I’ve been doing to create positive results.
I am not on any medication for anything and will avoid at most all costs. Is all stress related. This no tsh and hi t3 has only just occured. The booming in pillow of my heart when trying to sleep started last fall. Other than that basic and fairly clean lifestyle, active and healthy. These numbers appeared Jan 2025. Is all new to me.
Thanks again.
