Is an HDL of 110 too high?

I recently had a stress test and it showed no blockages.. so I figure it's the HDL doing what it's supposed to I do eat a very heart healthy diet and I have for over 20 years. I will soon be 75 and have AFib for less than 1 year but it's persistent.

I'm not sure a regular stress test can determine whether there are blockages. It provides an indication of issues, however.

Did you mean stress with echo, or nuclear stress - which could provide more data?

Did you review the citation on higher than normal HDL?
