Here's an indirect or implied answer to your question about your beta blocker. Years before Camzyos, I was put on a beta blocker and then had to go off that and take a calcium channel blocker instead. I then started omeprazole as well, both of which I have always taken in the morning. Enter Camzyos and its interactions with omeprazole. As I've noted already, I was given the green light to continue with omeprazole along with Camzyos. In those discussions with my cardiologist and REM case manager, ALL of my medications were included. I was advised specifically to take Camzyos at night but to continue with the calcium channel blocker and omeprazole in the morning. I was subsequently put on a blood pressure med to be taken at night also. I know beta blockers and calcium channel blockers are not the same, but as I understand it, they are used for similar purposes. Hence - an indirect, or implied answer.
