Hopefully this will be a trend and that you can go off it in due time. Be patient, be kind to yourself (and to others), try to normalize your daily routine, try to unlax a bit so that your heart is not so sensitive to adrenergic stimuli (if this is your main trigger). I think optimism may be your best friend here.
