Mysterious shortness of breath: What has helped you?

I don't have restless leg syndrom, just the air hunger issue. They may be two separate conditions that don't really affect each other, but of course it's possible they somehow correlate. How long have you been dealing with the RLS and air hunger?

Difficult to be precise, but a long while for both, and both have gotten worse over the years. I live in London and have usually found when away from the city both improve slightly - whether it is less perceived stress or maybe less pollution I notice an improvement.
