Follow up to my Dec 24 post. I had Evenity in May and June 2024; Started HRT in Aug 2024; Reclast in Sept 2024. Here are my bone density T scores:
12/23 Spine -3.1; Left Femoral Neck -2.8; Total Hip -3.1
1/24 Spine -2.0; Left Femoral Neck -2.7; Total Hip -2.7 newly tested Forearm -3.2

I'm really pleased with the changes. I'll stay on HRT and have a Reclast around Oct 2025.
