Most prescription hearing aids will let you know if a phone call is coming in, if you are using a neckloop, or connected to the TV. For me, I don't listen to the radio when I'm on Zoom-I turn off all background noises for myself and others listening.
Adding 2 more options
1. Listen to the radio on the internet (on computer, tablet, or smartphone). Connect via classic Bluetooth, and you have about a 30-foot range. To some degree, Bluetooth signals will go through walls and furniture, depending on the situation.
2. Install a home hearing loop in 1-2 rooms. You'd connect with your telecoil. Instead of a TV input, you could have a radio input
