ACDF: Recovery seems slow, what your experience?

Three months ago I had ACDF surgery at C7 T1, I feel like my recovery has been slow. Please share your experience

From what I remember after my two-level ACDF I had just gone back to work full time at 3 months. It took me another 3 months to feel decent. It was probably a full year post surgery before I felt like I was completely recovered.
