What type of activities does your husband like to do and what will he be itching to get back to after surgery?
Keeping them from doing too much is a challenge. Once the catheter was out he started feeling better and wanted to increase our little walks. He just physically can’t do much & gets overtired.
We also stayed overnight after surgery and drove home (2hrs also) at daybreak. I made some homemade soups & froze them so I’d have a quick meal ready.
