I have a similar problem and do not walk nearly as much as recommended. My ankles hurt plus I have some spine issues. I recently received two steroid shots in my back which helped the left leg and the lower back to some point, but the pain is still there at times. And same as you my tests proved to be normal, so it's beyond frustrating. We must hang in there.
