I'm encouraged by your story Phil. Thanks for posting. I'm scheduled for the procedure in early February ('25). I've been on Terazosin for over 15 years. Really tired of the constant visits to the head. Hoping this will do the trick. I'm 68 and my prostate was last measured with a TRUSS 2 years ago at 38 cc with a protruding median lobe.

Please read my account of my husbands Aquablation. His only regret is waiting so long to do it, he is now not quite 6 months postop and doesn’t even think about it anymore.
