Speaking as a proactive patient and caregiver, when are concerned about MyChart results, please contact the doctor's staff directly for answers if they don't message or call you within 24 hours.

Also, if you prefer not to get such reports on your chart, you can ask to stop them and get all results via a phone call. But then it may be several days of not knowing whether all is OK, because "normal" results fall to the bottom of the call-back pile.

You do well to read the results before you talk to Doctor. Then you can prepare questions for what is unclear for you. As time passes you will come to understand more the terminology.
It is important to follow reports and Notes of the Doctors on MyChart. Many times, there are errors in reporting, and one should correct them. One never knows when someone will make a judgement call based on that info.
I just was at Emergency Dept locally and they put out Notes that had false statements and errors. They said they had checked my heart, lungs abdominal etc., and all was normal...but no one did that! It said they checked my right and left legs for edema, and I was wearing boots! Did someone have x-ray vision? Apart from human mistakes, I think there is a lot of computer-generated type things and it will take time until a program and presentation of info is worked out so that it is concise and describes the patient. They need you to identify errors.
