I’m sorry for your suffering with this horrible condition, as a long time victim of this I personally know what you feel. I’ve had it for years but now since covid it seems to have gotten stronger in the noises I hear. I accidentally came upon a relief from the noise, I was running the water and when I heard the sound it stopped the noise, this was a reprieve for me and sometimes it doesn’t work, I am glad I found this but the only downside is that I can’t leave the kitchen. I know it’s insane but then I read somewhere that they are doing research for tinnitus sufferers and using a type of sound therapy, who knows, if it offers you some peace even for a little while then I think it’s worth it, I hope that you find some help with this and gain back some of your strength.

I find certain types of meditation music gives me some temporary relief. Popular music that I liked in the past sounds tinny and wrong, which is upsetting.
For lack of a better description....I have felt drunk and disoriented for three years. It is very hard to function and very hard to stay positive after this much time has passed.
Good luck to all. Sometimes I think I will lose my mind if no help is found.

Thanks for caring
