Why Camzyos instead of surgery?

For those of you who are doing so well on Camzyos - are you willing to share more about how you are paying for it? I know Bristol-Myers helps for people at certain income levels and supplemental insurance is probably paying some of it afer pre-authorizations - but I can't seem to uncover what the average out-of-pocket cost is typically. Any thoughts or information is welcome!

I have had two prescriptions of Camzyos The first was zero out-of-pocket that was in December where I had met my maximum out-of-pocket on insurance and then the new refill in January cost me $10 camzyos or bristol myers gives you a co-pay card that helps offset some of those cost. I know the Mayo Clinic had told me if I did not like the cost to reach out to them and they would help me find other ways to offset that cost best of luck to you.
