Internal Body Tremors and Tinnitus

It seems to have been caused by my transition into menopause. I had so many tests and nothing revealed anything alarming but the timing was in the throws of my transition into menopause. Shocking how many doctors didn't figure it out for a long time. I am feeling significantly better but still have them less severely.

That’s what my GP thinks this is. I’m an active 67yo well into menopause and the internal tremors & tinnitus came out of nowhere. He suggested I try Hormone Replacement Therapy as they now know the benefits outweigh the negatives. I haven’t started it yet as we’re checking out other things first. Thank you for your response!
