My doctor presented me with this option. Did you go through with it? What is your opinion? How long did it last? How painful was the treatment? As you said, it is 80x as strong as the OTC.

I used Qutenza. The application was easy and it didn't burn a bit for about 45 minutes. I did have relief for a while but it didn't last until the I was ready for the next application. I don't think it was worth the monetary expenses.
