Anytime we start a new regimen of medications, there can be a widely varied response. At times, it feels instant, other times it may take a while to see any side effects. Remember, your, body is going to be getting used to new things being introduced to it. And, if you are already taking any other medications for other health concerns, that may have an affect on you. Have you discussed with your medical team, the best time of day to do these medications, etc.

I have been on Revlimid since August 2021, and ixazomib [Ninlaro] since August 2024. My treatments are coordinated with kidney dialysis, so there have been concessions made.

Thank you for taking time to reply. Yes, I do take medicine for Diabetes.
Did you do the BM transplant as well? I hope you didn't get MM back after Dara VRd or IsaVRd.
