Has anyone tried Sofresco immunity ginger shots?
A friend said she was having issues with pain in her knee and tried the Sofresco immunity shot and her pain went away. I’m on prednisone for PMR and would like to give it a try but want to make sure it’s ok. I goggled it and sounded ok but can’t take with blood thinners which I’m not on. Thoughts?

I haven't tried the brand Sofresco ginger shots but have used fresh ginger with a cold press juicing machine to make breakfast smoothies with different fruits and sometimes adding ginger and tumeric pieces. Not sure how much it helps for pain but could be beneficial for the immune system. It would be something I would discuss with my rheumatologist or doctor just for grins. I stopped using the juicer because didn't like the time to make it and clean the machine. I do buy different herbal teas from Trader Joe's but think you can also get them at a lot of different markets. I like their ginger/tumeric and ginger/peach teas the best.
Here's an interesting article on the ginger shot:

Very helpful. Thank you John. I may go the lazy way and try first the one at the grocery store which seems pretty straightforward with no preservatives.
My question though is if ginger boosts immune function and I’m on prednisone which is immunosuppressant am I being counter productive? I also see that it’s anti inflammatory. A bit confused. I’ve tapered to 10 mg but still in pain and stiffness so thought maybe ginger could help? Sorry, I’m all over the place.
I’ve asked my rheumatologist about other issues like does weather affect my PMR, she doesn’t seem to have knowledge on that but I will ask her. Thanks again.
