I have been diagnosed with labile hypertension with BP bouncing from very low to high or dangerously high. I'm on meds to lower my BP but the ups and downs continue. Has anyone had this or found a way to deal with it?

I had an active carotid paraganglioma and confirmed double SDHB mutation. Had it removed in November 2023. Prior to surgery my highest blood pressure recorded was 245 over 187. It would comes down after an hour or so. Fast forward, recently it started again, watching a most boring Netflix show in the world with my wife, BP went up to 235 over 100.
Question, when you say dangerously high, what are your ranges?
