I am a volunteer support group volunteer for the American Tinnitus Association. I have helped hundreds find peace because our silence was stolen. If you can manipulate your tinnitus you may have somatic tinnitus or outside the brain perhaps no hair cell damage in side the brain. Have you had a hearing test to possibly rule out hair cell damage? . It could be a misaligned jaw with can be supported with a mouth guard if it is somatic tinnitus.
