Hi, @peanut61 and welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect! I’m sure you will find many helpful discussions as you read thru some of the other discussions. Here is one discussion, which is rather old, but still has good information. https://connect.mayoclinic.org/comment/170404/
If you want to find more discussions, it’s pretty easy. For example, go to the home page for autoimmune diseases, you will find a search box. Type into this search box whatever illness or condition you want, then click on enter (or whatever you click on to get things started). The computer will come back with lists of discussions you can check on. Try it!

I only have the one diagnosis, but I could probably get more, It does feel like it's digesting itself. Sucks.
I found that the gentlest way yo try to stay anabolic instead of alway catabolic is the body builder supplement HMB they found helps seniors and immunocompromised. Always ask doctor. I found I deal with some more inflammation with it, and have to be more careful with diet and glutathione at regular time etc.
Not sure what meds you are taking, so always check. I also do vegan keto to regrow dendrites, but it's dangerous, and requires proper electrolytes such as biosteel drink. Getting a specialist is recommended. Now I'm considering going through the list and getting more diagnosis if I think it will help....
Also wondering what you are taking for these other things
