Reduce dose of exemestane

I saw a new medical oncologist today, about a big increase in tinnitus after starting first, Letrozole, then switching to Exemestane. Doc recommended either cutting Exemestane tablets in half or taking one every other day. The tablets are tiny (1/8 inch) so I'm going to try the alternate day method. I hope my tinnitus reduces.
Has anyone else had an increase in tinnitus on AIs?

I have tinnitus also, but had it before I started the Exemestane. Sometimes my ear seems to scream louder than usual, but I guess I just learned to live with it. Never even thought the AI had any connection. I will try taking it every other day and see what happens.
