Flare ups and menstrual cycle

Does this happen for anyone else I feel like my worst flare ups always coincided with my period
was diagnosed with fibro around march this year so i’m still figuring all of this out
any advice is appreciated thank you

Yes, I have fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. I start feeling horrible the week before my cycle. I don’t start feeling better until a few days after my cycle stops.
