My pulmonologist has tried a nasal spray with budesonide. It worked a small amount. Airsupra is made by AstraZeneca, same as the Fasenra. Fairly new inhaler. The Airsupra inhaler is albuterol and budesonide together. I was doing nebulizer treatments 4,5,6 times per day. Using the Airsupra in between nebs treatments, I am down to only 3 nebs per day. My body responds to the budesonide. We know some meds work for us and others do not. It works for me. If needed, I can cheat and do more of the Airsupra to buy time. Almost instant relief of not being able to breathe. AstraZeneca, thru their AZandMe program, are both free to me. My pulmonologist has now tried them for other patients. Some do get relief.
