Anyone tried any American Ginseng for chemo fatigue? Oncologist mentioned it today. We'll try it to see if it can get my husband off the couch 🙂

Yes, we have tried it. Wild American Ginseng. Some people say take it for 3 weeks, then stop for a week and resume. Only take it in the mornings otherwise it may affect sleep. It comes in slices that you can brew like tea and add a dash of honey to take as a drink (hot or cold). You can eat the slices too. The other traditional Chinese supplement is Yunzhi. Both are supposed to help boost energy levels.
