Immunodeficiency and Septic Shock Syndrome

I have immunodeficiency and Post septic Shock Syndrome and I have demodicosis and worms in my skin, stool and eyes. what do I do?

Hello @acmiller, I'm hoping that members with some experience can provide some suggestions on treatments that might be available. You mentioned the symptoms also affecting the eyes. There is another discussion on Onchocerciasis that might be helpful to scan through while you wait for members to respond.
