Immunodeficiency and Septic Shock Syndrome

I have immunodeficiency and Post septic Shock Syndrome and I have demodicosis and worms in my skin, stool and eyes. what do I do?

Hello @acmiller, I'm hoping that members with some experience can provide some suggestions on treatments that might be available. You mentioned the symptoms also affecting the eyes.
