Hello @dlsparks, I moved your most recent post about erosive osteoarthritis to an existing discussion where you met other members discussing this diagnosis:

"Erosive Osteoarthritis"

@chris7121 , @parrotqueen, @heyjoe415, @mememc52 and @ljbrindle are a few members who have posted in this discussion and may have some more insight to offer.

@dlsparks, if you are comfortable sharing, have you been officially diagnosed with this type of osteoarthritis, but your current provider has no more insight to offer?

Exactly.

I was diagnosed by xrays. It was later confirmed that i did not have rhumitoid arthritis. deinitely erosive. i was only diagnosed in August. So I’m really just getting started on this. I see a lot of people have been in it for quite a while and they’re in a lot of pain. Right now I’m not in too much pain and I am working with my acupuncturist as individual fingers start to really hurt so we’ll see if that lasts the help that he can give me. I’ve just been kind of wondering, what the hell was going on because I can’t find I couldn’t find anybody that knew anything so I appreciate all your people helping me and telling me and it looks like there might not be any light at the end of the tunnel for this stuff but at least if you know what you’re fighting you can get ready for it. Thanks again everybody.

thanks for moving me over to the other group. I’ve gotten quite a bit of information by reading their posts. I definitely have a arthritis in my hands. It was found by x-ray isn’t confirmed by blood test that I don’t have women toward arthritis my PA here in Cortez I’ve never even heard of it. I went to rheumatologist over Duran Duran, Duran Duran, Durango, Colorado, and he never heard of. I mean, I think he heard about it, but he didn’t know anything and he didn’t bother to do any research before I saw him for the second time with the results of my blood test, so that’s why I felt so out there with no help so this has really helped. Can’t say it’s very uplifting, but at least gives me away to know what I’m up against thanks again
