I agree with @scottrl and would add that you may not find a magic pill to solve your problem. I do hope you get answers soon, though you simply do not have enough information at this point to know anything concrete. Your doctor should be able to tell you what the x-ray would show, and also what things a clean report rules out. Your symptoms sounds familiar to me and I would describe my experience as one of those onions ya have to peel a layer at a time. Two things to do, stick with a doctor you trust and let them walk you through the path of ruling things out. That’s their lane, what they are experts at doing. You, then work on making consistent lifestyle choices that will help. You may not feel like they help much at first, but this is important to help your doctor rule things out.
