Why does Trimix work only when standing not lying down?

My Tri Mix only works good when standing up and quits when I lay down.

I don't know the reason but I also share some of the same symptoms. My guess is gravity?!

Is it possible you need a higher dose. Ask your doctor about what dosage is safe and will work horizontally.

From what I've read, you have better blood flow to the groin area when standing. I've had the same experience. Agree with others you might need a slightly higher dose.

Interesting, same here. Off to see my sexual health Dr this week. Will ask. And here I thought it was just me.

Thanks for the suggestion I’m on quad mix and 40/40 each side, have found ways of making it work for us and the satisfaction is great

@dmccarthy104, did you learn anything from your doctor to share back with the guys?

Was interesting. He thinks the issue for me is a need to change the levels on trimix or its venous leak. Try the new formulation and then its a doppler test to check for a leak.

Key for the gentlemen is be persistent with your Dr is getting better treatment.

Will report back on any success or failures.

My Dr told me to use several doses all the way to 100. Never got rock hard enough to perform. He changed it to a quad mix and still had problems while laying down, as soon as I stand it’s rock hard. He also has me injecting both sides and I’m down to using 30 per side. My next step is to try 20 per side. As long as I’m standing up it works great.

I've been using Trimix for 6 months now. With this drug, I have no problem getting a solid erection. My problem is I can't quite get to an orgasm. I'm stuck at about 75% each time. I'm 71 and did SBRT with 4 months of ADT last year. T-levels have been back to normal for 5 months. Trust me when I say my girlfriend isn't the problem. I have definitely have the desire and it feels great, but just can't close the deal. I'm concerned that maybe I have some nerve damage from the radiation. Just don't know. Any help out there?

Or nerve damage if you had surgery?
