This is an update to a previous comment I posted on this thread. I just had another DEXA after a two-year interval. I use the Marodyne daily 2-3 times for almost 4 years. In case you didn't see my first comment, after 18 months of Marodyne use my T-scores improved significantly from -3.3 in my spine and -2.6 in my total hip to -3.0 in the spine and -2.2 in the total hip. After another two years of use, my recent DEXA shows a stable score in my spine, going from -3.0 to -2.9. It does show a decrease in bone mass for the hip which went from -2.2 to -2.5. This -2.5 puts me basically back where I was before I started using the Marodyne platform (-2.6). I'm not unhappy with these results because they show definite improvement in the spine reading over the past 3.5 years from -3.3 to -2.9 and the hip has remained stable from -2.6 to -2.5. My understanding is that bone loss is generally progressive as we age so I'll take this as a win. I'm now going to double down on other things that can possibly improve the scores so that see additional improvement. I don't plan to take a medications. I can't say this is all due to the Marodyne but this plus walking and taking a few supplements is all I've been doing. There is room to do alot more with weights and more targeted exercises.
