Has anyone ever been on Duloxetine (Cymbalta) for nerve pain?

Hi! I’ve been on Duloxatine since 2016. It helped immediately with pain. Also with depression and anxiety. I take 90 mg during winter and 60 spring summer. I am having some fatigue now. Not sure 🤔 f due to the 90 mg. It has helped me. Goodluck

Just wondering if it is hard to transfer from 90 to 60? Do you take additional medications?
