Has anyone tried creatine for post covid fatigue?
I read an article recently about taking creatine to help with post covid fatigue. I was wondering if anyone here has tried it.

a few months into LC the fatigue was very bad which lasted several months.
then i tried LDN and it made an incredible difference.
i stopped taking it after about a year or so.
How do you deal with articular pain and fatigue? and insomnia?
i first started taking LDN evenings as suggested, but it interfered with sleep. pharmacist recommended after breakfast which is what i did. it worked very quickly.
i only took creatine one time. my body did not like it.
What dose did you start with and when do you take it?
I started LDN about 3 weeks ago. 1 mg for 30 days and then up it to 2. No difference yet. What dosage worked for you and when did it start making a difference? Also when did you take it?
Took at minute to figure out what LC and LDN is. Who prescribes this low dose nicotine? Ive tried caffeine with a small boost but with the POTS I could really use the vasoconstriction of nicotine!
LDN is low dose naltrexone.
the most common dosage is 4.5 mg daily.
i started at 1.5mg for a week, then 3 mg for a week, then 4.5mg. i took it for about a year.
the reason for upping the amount is only if it doesn’t work at the smaller number.
they usually tell you to take it at night, but it kept me awake, so i started taking it after breakfast which worked well for me.
if you haven’t checked out how LDN works in the body yet, go to LDNscience online and watch the video.
good luck. i hope it can help you too.
Thanks!
But who prescribes naltrexone?
Your doctor can prescribe LDN...usually better to go to a doc that understands why it helps woth Long COVID though
I just got some powder creating and will try it tomorrow morning.
I have had Long COVID for almost 3+ years.
