Hi and I’ve read a few of the posts and you’re not alone as others of us can relate. The “...caine” meds always gave me instant heart racing until it wore off and that was before I had any health related issues (now I have a huge list too from car accident injuries/TBI). Internal tremors are on my radar because I think that’s what’s started up in my body and I’m not sure what can be done. I spoke to my new family medicine doctor but she had no input other than adding “shaking” to my long list of diagnosis’s. I have a lot of specialist doctors but not sure which ones deal with this or what to do about it. You mentioned tremors and I’m new to having them so thought I’d write. I hope your upcoming appointments go ok!!

@rachel6 Thank you. I would have thought to myself that internal shaking would be the least of my list of problems.. its not painful . but its because its on top of other things , and I suppose I am thinking if I can find out what caused them, can avoid in future, especially if they get worse.
Although at 77 my brain is not working as it did, I am suddenly "realizing" things out of the blue; such as --- why over the years since i was 15 and had my first tooth filling did I never even ask : what is in the syringe???? So even up until as recent as Dec.27th I still didnt ask ! We or I research medications - oral, but I never thought to find out what dentists and anaesthetists use (and what quantities (and additives like epinephrine which I discovered is to help stop bleeding and lengthens the time the ....caines are effective). ... who knew? Not me! Wonder how many people go to doctors because of medical condition from a visit to the dentist or surgeon (e.g. mole removal) forgetting that meds used then could cause physical (and mental) problems!! It never ends!
