2 months after stopping ADT, bloodwork came back with a PSA < 0.1 and Testosterone = 11. Side effects from ADT (or lack of Testosterone) are about the same but one noticeable change is that the brain fog has significantly reduced. I am grateful for the reduced brain fog. Aiming for blood work at 4 months and a visit with the health team. Onward!
