Starting LC "rehab" clinic, wondering others' experiences

Good evening and hoping all here enjoyed/are enjoying the Holidays this week and next as much as possible. There is a Post-COVID clinic in Omaha, NE, about an hour from me. I was assessed by PT, OT, Speech Therapy and had a brief neuropsychological assessment last week. The recovery program that I will start on January 6th includes working with each specialty listed above, once a week for 30 min with Speech, OT and PT and an hour with neuropsych. I'm wondering if anyone here has been to a LC clinic with regimented protocols. If so, what were the treatments used and what were your experiences? Did they employ other specialties or techniques, etc.? Here's to hoping everyone has a safe and happy/happier and healthier 2025!!!Thanks in advance for all of your help. Blessings to all.

Good morning 💜
I'm going to check to see if we have a long covid clinic here .had covid for 23 days January of 22.it was horrible 😢. Don't take vaccines.
I lost my long beautiful hair and my energy and now in December 23 can't work due to unbalanced walking and fatigue. Neuropathy and vestibular Hypofunction.
I have never been to so many Dr's in this past year 😫 in my whole life.

I tried the clinic run by MHealth but it only gave referrals to docs I could never get in with. All docs the PA referred me to were not accepting new patients.

Hi all I visited COVID clinic in march 2021 Ireland
Start with blood tests
Sleep apnea test
Breathing machine checking my asthma
CT scan on lungs
Different hospital checked my heart
CT scan with dye on heart
My own GP sent me for brain scan
All tests are came back clear bar the asthma put me on new inhaler as nothing would work bar

I did the Mayo PASC 2 day class. I was extremely valuable. I brought my wife to help take notes and ask questions.
Tons of information and recommendations. Don’t get discouraged with all the information. I took a week to unpack everything and form a plan and schedule. It’s made a big difference physically and emotionally/psychologically.

I had a week of testing at Mayo in Florida. The doctor that managed my care signed us up.
