Anyone had hematuria that lasted for 6 months?

been having hematuria since 2017 after Turp surgery followed by 2 more same surgeries it comes and go sometimes 6 months in a row with heavy bleeding and clots, my urologist put me on, all sorts of meds and antibiotics did not work now he's suggesting prostate removal.

Yes. Long time from many things. 36 radiation treatments started it. 2 1/2 years with Foley catheter on and off. 13 months suprapubic catheter. I have had 50 hyper baric oxygen treatment. HBO finally stopped the bleeding. Ask doc about getting hbo.

Thanks so much I'm seeing a new urologist on Monday for a second option and I will mention HBO treatment to him I don't want to lose my prostate at the age of 70 Thanks.
