@sandytoes Good morning yes we do fibro is such a guessing game when you can't take the meds they have I can't ,tried all ,side effects to all basic s my body can't take high doses .So far so good but I'm giving the trial period till Monday So far day ,3and I'm not hurting from it yea

@sandytoes. @karen00 This is the 6th day being on Magnesium Malete @Malic Acid it has worked very well for me In fact I just ordered another bottle also a bottle of MSM that helps the healing of injuries, it is derived from plants as a sulphur ,it is good for hair,nails and skin it promotes GI health .I'm reading from Nutritional healing book by Phyllis Balch her 5th edition Fome I'm adding it. F.M.had MSM in it Jen
