@migizii Hi No my Dr never asked me to sign anything In 05 when I fractured my back that's the drug my Dr gave me then 4 a day now 1-2as. needed I'm in Calif Maybe it depends on the Tier for the drug there are far worse drugs then Tramadol Ask your Dr advocate for yourself See what your Dr says

I am in Minnesota and this is the first time this has ever happened to me. I’m not old enough for Medicare yet, but strangely enough I just got approval for my medication through a letter from my insurance company today that I think is set up like @leftysan’s reply. My husband is going to check with the pharmacy on Monday about what this means and I am going to try and find time at work to sort it out with the insurance company and health care clinic (I live in a small town and have limited choices except when I travel to Mayo for speciality care a few times each year). It certainly seems like we all have many challenges on this journey and I have very little energy to manage everything. It’s so good to have people to talk with and people who understand. Thanks😍
