I have had two shots of Prolia since being diagnosed with osteoporosis. My PCP wanted me to go on Fosamax but I refused because I have GERD. I'm worried about long term effects of the Prolia. Can you just go off it without going on something else? I wish I never started it. TY

No you can’t just go off Prolia because of the rebound effect. Make sure you research this it is very dangerous and you would be susceptible to spontaneous vertebral fractures
