Could you post the link? There are several sessions and I’m not sure which one addresses weight lifting. Thank you!
Try this one, designed specifically for bone density.

OMG, Sherri is *THE* best--great instructor, explanations, cueing, and bone-strengthening exercises. She is a DPT (doctor of physical therapy) who specializes in osteoporosis. I have osteoporosis and have been taking her online classes for two years and am much stronger. Her prices are very affordable and don't break the bank. My last DXA had great results and I feel it was a result of both her strength training program and my anabolic medication.
Sherri recently gave a couple of classes (one was a 6-part series) through Margie Bissinger's Happy Bones, Happy Life program and plans to do another with Margie next year. Also, Margie has interviewed her at least twice once her Happy Bones, Happy Life program available on YouTube and podcast apps.
Lastly, Sherri has been part of Margie's online Osteoporosis & Bone Health annual summits. Next summit is Jan 13-20, 2025 and is free. You can register at https://www.happyboneshappylife.com/osteoporosis-bone-health-summit
Very encouraging feedback. Watching some of her videos, I’m quite impressed. I’m considering taking her online classes. When you took the classes, how did you choose which ones to start with ? Are they offered from for beginners then intermediate… I’m just not sure where to start.
I started with Sherri's beginning strength training class held on Fri mornings. The class provides an excellent foundation. Its class size typically is small so you get a lot of individual feedback. I attended it several times until I felt ready to join her Tue and/or Thu class. She offers modifications in classes depending on where you are with your strength training. I have not taken any of Mon, Wed, Fri, or Sat classes. The are taught by other PT's and focus on bone-safe mat pilates (my goal was strength training).
See https://www.therapilates.com/groupclasses.html for group class info. If you have additional questions, I believe Sherri's phone number is on that webpage and that you can email her at sherri@therapilates.com. I hope you can attend a class with her! 🙂
Does she do the classes virtual? Where does ones find her videos?
