Blood sugar increase with fasting

@cheyne

Hi,
Thank you.
What makes it managable is that I have no alternative as I recognise the implications of high BP and have the results of said BP. The honeymoon is ending, not quite so well but still better than on meds. I have been eating food I know causes problems but every now and then lust for some foods does get the better of me. Noticed my weight dropped so the influence of insulin has gone and now to get back to eating correctly particularly with Christmas's silly season on us. The will power definitely gets tested at this time of year.
Cheers

@cheyne, I, too, fall prey to those no-no foods sometimes. As far as will power goes...for me, it's all will and no power. So, when my will power is tested, I often end up with a failing grade.😳
Overall, though, it sounds like you basically have things under control (like you said, because you have no alternative). I hope that you will continue to improve while being off the meds. Take care!
