PMR definitely bites! I received it as a birthday present for turning 50. Now 54 and it's the "gift"that keep on giving. Lol. Mine is mainly in both sides of the neck, both shoulders but only outer right hip. Down to 5m of prednisone, unless I have a flare then back up to 10 until in remission. No pain in the hands yet, but will see if I get that "gift" for Christmas. Lol. Virtual hugs to each of you and wishing you a pain free Christmas. 🙂
