Grover’s and exercise
I’m a 72 year old white male and I was diagnosed with Grover’s Disease 3 months ago. I am normally an avid runner and exercise outside. Well this condition has put a kink in my activity. Will I ever be able to run (thus getting hot and sweaty) or am I condemned to a life of non exercise.

When say one bunch, I am trying to recognize just how much you are using? a 1/4 cup or a full cup of cilantro! Not sure how much is needed? Please help
