Tried tiger balm, heat, PT, steroid injections but much has helped. Bulging discs in my neck, lumbar & siatica. Fibro certainly doesny help & rainy days. I love Tiger Balm but it didnr seem to help tremendously. One of my doctors prescribed a compounded cream with lidocaine, guaifenesin, ketoprofena md magnesium. Dont know what all those ingriedients are but its worked better than the balm and Arnicare. Will admit - doesn't feel great on the skin - hard to describe but its rather like your skin is stiff. hope this helps.
