I am in the same boat except my Kappa are just barely over top of the range, so my Kappa Lambda ratio is right on/above normal. Lambda normal. No M protein. SPEP normal. Platelets bouncing back and forth, up and down, between 423-480 for two years. This is new. Started in 2022, one year after two California work-mandated Moderna C19 Vaxx’s. Prior yearly labs since 2012 all blood work normal!! I take no medications, have no co-morbidities, zero zip nada. Calcium Screening Score is Zero. All genetic blood variations showed Negative. Hematologist said whatever I have was acquired, not genetic. I have put off a bone marrow biopsy and just getting labs done every 3 months. Bence Jones was normal, too. So I am told I now have Thrombocytosis.

I found these things merely curious two years ago, but now they are interfering with my life. I am frustrated with my PCP. I am 75 and worked full-time as a nurse until two years ago. I could not work now.

I take small consolation knowing others also have these frustrating symptoms without answers. I hope you will have success.
