multiple squamous cell surgeries

Hi Transplant Family!
Happy Holidays to everyone. I hope you are doing well. I have a question. I take Envarsus XR (TAC) and Myfortic for anti-rejection. I am now at my 4 year kidney transplant anniversary. I have had several squamous cell carcinoma surgeries (face, chest, head). Has anyone had a similar experience and has anyone had their immune suppression meds changed due to multiple squamous cell surgeries?
Thanks everyone!

what kind of surgeries did you have? Mohs or freezing the abnormal tissue? Are your skin issues related to the meds you take (check the prescription for side effects), genetic or caused by sun damage? A family member takes a daily chemo pill for another cancer which can trigger the skin cancer or not-he sees the dermatologist at least once a year or more whenever there is a suspicious spot-over the years he had Mohs surgery, freezing treatment and medicine applied to the skin area- he had melanoma and multiple squamous cell carcinomas removed without any
complications.

Hi @charlotte12 😀
Thank you so much for responding! Yes, my dermatologist is going to remove the squamous from my head using Mohs and then I will drive over to the plastic surgeon for the official closure.
