@jar1279171 at my last in person appointment at Mayo I asked about international travel and getting a med pack and/or special vaccines and my transplant nurse put in an order for me to see international travel. The catch is that it has to be in person. So I will see them in January when I return to Mayo in advance of my April trip.
I encourage you to send a message in the Mayo portal and request a visit with them, if you are a Mayo patient.
