Has anyone developed Giant Cell Arteritis (GCA) while having PMR? I am not sure if I am having mild symptoms of GCA. My eyes are a little glassy but my vision is good, no headaches either.

I have. PMR first then GCA. Be careful and have SED rate and CPR tests done. My husband woke up one morning blind in one eye. No symptoms whatsoever. He recalled later on that perhaps he had mild jaw pain. He did have GCA.confirmed by doing a biopsy.
