Thank you for being so supportive! I am further along in my progression, of this aggravating ailment! My rolling pill tremor has gotten somewhat worse, and it does, indeed, get worse, when I’m under stress! I drop things, losing my grip, or tremor acting up, more than I used to. Carb/Levodopa had been helping me keep my gait relatively normal, for a number of years, but, lately, this year, the Parkinson’s shuffle has taken over, and, alarmingly, I lost control of speeding up my walk, and couldn’t control the slow shuffling well, being hunched over! My neurologist sent me to physical therapy, where I practically had to learn to walk again, along with balance exercises! Therapy got me back on track, where I got better, but I have to keep up the exercises, which are on YouTube, under the Parkinson’s Association sponsorship! I had regained my ability to control my walking, with exercise, but the slowness still seems to want to creep in, because of disease progression!!
Thank you for your helpful reply. I’ll have to look up and try the YouTube exercises and also some physical therapy when I start to shuffle again. I also noticed that I dropped things more but didn’t know it was Parkinson’s related.
